This book features Hye-Jung Museum's original Gwanggaeto Stele rubbing which was made public for the first time in 2012. A restored copy is also included in the appendix. Obtained and revealed by Kyung Hee University Hye-Jung Museum (Director Kim Hye-Jung (金惠靜)), this rubbing was made before lime was applied to the original Stele. Experts think that this rubbing dates back to a period between 1885 and 1890 and is the best-preserved authentic Gwanggaeto Stele rubbing in Korea.
