From July 20 to 26, the Education and Training Team of the Northeast Asian History Foundation conducted a historical tour as part of the Northeast Asian History Exchange Promotion Project, funded by a special grant from the Ministry of Education. Fourteen middle and high school history teachers participated in this tour.

The tour included visits to several locations in China and Japan: Weihai, Qingdao, Dalian, and Lushun in China, and Tokyo, Yokohama, and Kamakura in Japan. During the tour, participants explored historical sites related to East Asian history and had opportunities to interact with local experts, officials, and educators. These interactions helped broaden their understanding of East Asian history.

This activity is expected to contribute to richer historical education in schools as part of the efforts to promote historical exchanges in Northeast Asia.
