Cover Story
In studying the ancient Korean kingdom of Koguryo's history and culture, relics and remains are evidence that show the kingdom's developments and lifestyle of its people. However, a considerable amount of Koguryo relics are still being kept at universities and museums in different regions of Japan. To review Koguryo's history and culture and preserve its cultural heritages, the Northeast Asian History Foundation thus published a series titled "Koguryo Relics in Japan" that features introductions and studies about Koguryo relics at major Japanese repositories, which may be used as a basis for continued academic research.
