NAHF produced ‘ISLAND’ music and music videos based on Dokdo for 'creating content that everyone understands and enjoys'. It was produced in cooperation with the Ministry of Education, Ulleung-Gun Office, Korea Coast Guard, Korean Culture and Information Service, Gyeongbuk Provincial Police, and Hanbok Advancement Center. The Dokdo Museum Seoul to hold ‘Dokdo concert’ to mark the beginning of expansion and relocation
NAHF held a ‘Dokdo Concert’ on October 25(Mon) to commemorate the expansion and relocation of the Dokdo Museum Seoul. This concert was to commemorate the expansion and relocation of the Dokdo Museum Seoul, which aims to inspire territorial sovereignty over Dokdo and communicate with the people through experience. Release a Video to Show the History and Beauty of Ulleungdo and Dokdo
NAHF released Ulleungdo and Dokdo promotional videos taken with the support of Ulleung-Gun Office and Gyeongbuk Provincial Police. This video shows the beautiful scenery, history, and sea of Ulleungdo and Dokdo as the base of life. In particular, Kim Tae-yong, who was in charge of underwater filming in the movie ‘Pirates’, captured the marine ecosystem of the East Sea. It was evaluated as showing the beauty and unknown world of Dokdo that was not previously disclosed.
Awards ceremony for The 3nd Book Review Contest on Educational Books
NAHF held the Awards ceremony for the 3rd book review contest on educational books on October 27. The book review contest is intended to encourage citizens and adolescents to read books about history and to attract interest in history issues. NAHF has been submitted book reviews of the educational books and the history of Japanese pillage series published by NAHF. In this contest, NAHF awarded one Grand Prize, two Excellence Prizes, five Encouragement Prizes in adult department, two Excellence Prizes and three Encouragement Prizes in youth department. The prizewinning works will be posted on SNS, including NAHF's blog.

The NAHF Textbook Research Center held an academic conference on 'History Education and View of History in Chinese Universities and Description of Korean History' on September 29th. Recently, China is trying to state-authorize elementary, middle, and high school history textbooks and university textbooks. At this conference, there were presentations on the following topics: 'The Present Status and Prospect of History Curriculum of Chinese Universities', 'Change of Descriptions of Chinese Ancient History in Chinese History Textbooks 『Compendium of Chinese History』', 'The Influence of Colonial History Reflected in History Textbooks of Chinese Universities', 'Description and Perception of the Exchange between Korea and China in the Joseon Dynasty in the History Textbooks of Chinese Universities', 'China's Perception of Korean War, and Characteristics of History Textbooks of Chinese Universities'. And about 10 experts participated in the discussion.
